Source hierarchy
For rules and consumer-protection claims, we prefer competent authorities, legislation, government guidance, recognised veterinary regulators and original platform policies. Secondary sources may provide context but should not override a current primary source.
Every article that relies on external factual guidance includes visible source links and a review date.
Safety boundaries
Our checklists help readers identify unresolved questions. They do not diagnose health, determine legal compliance, guarantee a transaction or certify fitness to travel. Readers should consult qualified veterinarians, legal professionals, payment providers and competent authorities where appropriate.
Referral standards
A small number of guides may point to an external document-review or transport-planning service when it is a genuinely relevant next step. These links are contextual, not sitewide endorsements. They do not change the reader’s need to evaluate the provider and terms.
We do not sell ranking positions inside editorial guides and do not fabricate partnerships or endorsements.
AI-assisted publishing
AI may assist research organisation, drafting or quality checks. Every article must still pass structured validation for scope, source URLs, FAQ coverage, duplicate slugs and prohibited claims. Current-rule content requires a human or authorised editorial review before publication.
